This policy explains what information Ingesto collects when you visit ingesto.io or sign up, and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Details you give us when you sign up or book a demo: your name, work email, company, role, company size, the tools you use and anything you write in the free-text field.
• Usage data about how the website is used, such as pages viewed, the referring page, approximate location derived from your IP address, and browser and device type.
• Campaign parameters (such as utm_source or gclid) when you arrive from a link that carries them, stored in a first-party cookie for 90 days.

How we use it

• To respond to your signup and set up your account.
• To understand how the website is used and improve it.
• To measure which channels bring people to the site.

We do not sell your personal information.

Service providers

We use PostHog for product analytics, Supabase to store signup and demo request details, and Resend to deliver email. They process data on our behalf and only for these purposes. The site is hosted on Vercel.

Retention

We keep signup details for as long as needed to respond and to run your account if you become a customer. You can ask us to delete them at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to access, correct or delete your information by writing to hello@ingesto.io. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update the date at the top of this page.
